BURMA, 2014

Burma. A night train. Mandalay. Pagodas, swarming streets, Buddhist monks. A night bus. Inle Lake. Another bus and more pagodas in Bagan and temples for as far as the eye can see. A boat. Sittwe. A taxi. Little alleyways in Mrauk U. It never stops raining. A small boat to go up the river. The road ends. Worn out, far away from everything, far from oppressing spirituality, a man smiles.
