  • Return march to Tibet (India, 2008)

On the 10th March 2008, 160 monks and nuns walked out of Dharamsala, the headquarters of the exiled Tibetan government, heading towards Delhi. 600 kms later, they reached the Indian capital, just a few days before the Olympic torch did. The organisation Tibetan People’s Uprising, through their nonviolent action “Return March to Tibet” has set itself one goal : to reach the Tibetan border and to cross it.
