Patrick Tourneboeuf’s works question the identity of places with a conciseness which supposes radical choices of centring, a construction asserted by the point of view. This seizure perfectly arranged by the environment, the architecture or the townscape, is revealing a conception of the space where the aesthetic data have a dialogue with the geographical, sociological configurations of places.

Build the image is for Patrick Tourneboeuf a means to think about the ambiguous reports which maintains the reality and its representation, while maintaining in the formal stakes the hope to see suddenly released the contents of things.
