This series of images is the result of a five-month assignment completed in 2010 for F93, a cultural center in Seine-Saint-Denis, France, on the worlds of astrophysics. The purpose was to investigate and photograph laboratories, people and machines involved in tracking the missing dark matter. Supposed to be at the origin of the formation of galaxies, the nature of dark matter is still unknown.
The assignment consisted in an open photographic investigation divided into 5 chapters, published every month on the F93 website.
